## Rozsah dát / Data scope
Zverejnené sú výhradne PREPOČÍTANÉ hodnoty indexu (z-skóre dimenzií, celkové skóre, poradia). Primárne/surové dáta 76 indikátorov nie sú verejné — poskytuje ich autor na vyžiadanie pre akademickú spoluprácu. Only COMPUTED index values are published; raw indicator data are available solely from the author upon request.

## Strojovo čitateľné dáta / Machine-readable endpoints
- /api/index.json — metadata + zoznam samospráv (slugs)
- /api/obce/{slug}.json — všetky roky jednej samosprávy (napr. /api/obce/trnava.json)
- /api/rebricek/{rok}.json — rebríček ročníka (2019…2024)

Prístup je zámerne po samosprávach a ročníkoch. Hromadný export kompletného datasetu
nie je verejný — pre výskum ho na vyžiadanie poskytne autor. / Access is intentionally
per-municipality and per-year; bulk export of the full dataset is not public and is
available from the author upon request.
